Deux mauvais exemples de community management [fr]

[en] Two examples of bad community management, and what I'd suggest to do things better. Exhibit A: cold contacting an online community moderator to ask them to share a (rather lame) contest for a brand with the community. Exhibit B: an off-topic blog comment advertising an organisation the blogger already knows about. Main take-away: make sure that you design your campaign/offer in such a way that it's not "just for you", but that the person you approach gets enough out of it to make it worthwhile for them.
