I’ve already noticed that I fare better when I am active. My mood is better, I’m more easily motivated, I have more energy. Doing things is easier.
Activity brings motivation. I had that key.
But I still remained stuck in non-activity: how and where do I find the will to jumpstart the machine and be active again?
On Monday morning I understood a key point I’d been missing. A shift of focus, actually. It’s funny how so many of the most important realisations in life are shifts of focus. Looking at things differently.
My mission is not to get things done, because X and Y are on my list and need to be done so I reach my goal or stay out of trouble.
