This year the Château de Prangins celebrates 20 years as home to the Swiss National Museum in French-speaking Switzerland.
During that time it has welcomed more than a million visitors, held around fifty cultural history exhibitions, and launched innovative events – such as Rendez-vous au Jardin (Rendezvous in the garden – a Fête and Spring market) and Déjeuner sur l’herbe (Lunch on the Grass).

To honour this milestone, the artist Muma ( who created a social sculpture in the historical kitchen garden back in 2008), will return on Saturday 29 September with 50,000 candles and a work entitled “Flowers of Fire”(from 18:00 to midnight).
